About the role

As Chief Architect, you will champion the Architecture discipline as part of Digital and Technology leadership across the organisation. You will lead the Architecture team within the Digital and Technology Engineering pillar and collaborate with peers and wider stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Report to and support the Director of Engineering, guiding the enterprise through transformation and optimisation initiatives.
  • Help the organisation achieve targeted business outcomes, grow revenue, optimise costs and mitigate risks.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate the value of Architecture and its services.
  • Shape and guide the delivery of Architecture function services.
  • Lead and mentor the Architecture team, fostering technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Technology colleagues to align architectural solutions with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps.
  • Ensure architectural decisions support future strategy formulation.
