Join a leading global pharmaceutical company to shape and lead the market access strategy for a high-value, innovative portfolio in the UK. As a key strategic leader, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access, playing a pivotal role in the commercial success of life-changing therapies.

Missions principales

• Define and execute the comprehensive UK market access strategy for the entire product portfolio.
• Lead high-level engagement with key payers, including NICE and other critical HTA bodies.
• Drive complex pricing and reimbursement strategies, specifically for high-cost innovative therapies.
• Optimize market access pathways to maximize both patient reach and commercial performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Global teams to align strategic objectives.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Market Access team.

Profil recherché

• Extensive experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successful NICE submissions and HTA engagements.
• Deep expertise in pricing and reimbursement models, particularly for high-cost/specialty medicines.
• Demonstrated success in securing access for innovative, breakthrough therapies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing professional teams.
• Regional or global experience is highly desirable.
