DS Concierge – Customer Service & Sales Role

About the role

The DS Concierge role supports Stellantis &You customers by gathering market insights, answering enquiries and delivering accurate quotations. Full product training is provided, so prior automotive experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Collect customer and market data to identify needs and trends.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve objections.
• Prepare precise quotations and calculate costs for customers.
• Promote additional services such as financing options and other supplementary offers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong determination to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to learn and adopt Stellantis product knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
