Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑quality training for our customers and internal teams. The role combines instructional design, content creation and hands‑on delivery in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Deliver instructor‑led sessions both remotely and on‑site to customers and internal colleagues.
• Create a variety of learning materials such as video tutorials, user guides, presentations, training booklets and blog content.
• Collaborate with consultants and subject‑matter experts to keep training content accurate and aligned with product updates.
• Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training delivery and materials.
• Maintain and update documentation in line with new Business Central releases.
• Support the development of online learning resources and knowledge platforms.
• Provide training on complementary Microsoft solutions including Power BI, Cosmos and Continia where appropriate.
• Work with Professional Services, Support and Power Platform teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Offer post‑training guidance and consultancy within your areas of expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering software training, preferably for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience creating engaging learning content such as videos, written guides, presentations and online resources.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and general business processes.
• Knowledge of reporting solutions such as Power BI, Cosmos or Continia.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online learning platforms.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to all audiences.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively across teams.
