Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Test Manager

About the role

We are supporting a global organisation undergoing a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation. The successful candidate will lead testing across a complex international ERP landscape, owning the global testing framework and driving automation and AI‑enabled testing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the global testing strategy and framework.
• Lead System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Regression Testing activities.
• Drive AI‑led testing and automation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with system integrators and third‑party partners.
• Support SIT, UAT, OAT and go‑live readiness across regional deployments.
• Expand automated test coverage and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure quality governance, defect management and release readiness.

Required profile

• 10+ years of ERP testing leadership experience in large global transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Deep knowledge of SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT and regression testing.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proven background in test automation and AI‑enabled testing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
