ERP Programme Manager – Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead large‑scale ERP transformation programmes for our clients. The role combines full‑project lifecycle ownership with senior stakeholder engagement in a consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex ERP system implementations and transformation programmes.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, resource management and risk mitigation.
• Conduct rapid project assessments and health‑checks, providing recommendations to clients.
• Manage and motivate delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Share expertise to develop internal capability and support key account relationships.

Required profile

• Extensive project and programme management experience with a proven track record of leading complex programmes.
• Hands‑on ERP implementation experience and strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience across multiple industry sectors and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.

Required skills

• ERP system implementation.
• Project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
• IT systems implementation.
