Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified) – Part Time

About the role

Little Dukes is seeking passionate Early Years Educators to join our Crescent II nursery in SW17 on a part‑time basis. You will work with children aged 0‑5, delivering high‑quality care and education while supporting their development within the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5.
• Plan and implement EYFS‑appropriate activities that are stimulating and engaging.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant childcare regulations.
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred).
