E‑Billing Senior – Global Finance Team

About the role

The Global Finance Team in Glasgow is looking for an experienced E‑Billing Senior to own end‑to‑end electronic billing activities. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while supporting the wider Order‑to‑Cash process in a collaborative, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full E‑Billing cycle, including portal submissions and consolidated invoicing.
• Guarantee accurate, on‑time billing in line with client SLAs and requirements.
• Monitor billing controls to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Support account set‑ups and maintain master data.
• Act as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Provide reporting and insights to billing and finance leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across billing operations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an E‑Billing or Billing Senior role within finance or professional services.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with E‑Billing platforms, customer portals and ERP systems (SAP knowledge advantageous).
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups and formulas.
• High attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
