eCommerce Director – Global DTC & Marketplace Growth

About the role

The company is an ambitious consumer‑brand group seeking a senior eCommerce leader to own global digital commercial strategy and P&L for a portfolio of beauty, personal care and lifestyle brands. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global eCommerce strategy across DTC websites, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and social commerce, with full revenue, margin and profitability accountability.
• Drive profitable growth in the US and other international markets through forecasting, budgeting, pricing, promotions and performance optimisation.
• Lead acquisition, retention and CRM programmes to improve CAC, LTV, conversion and overall profitability.
• Oversee the Shopify ecosystem, customer experience and conversion‑optimisation roadmap.
• Identify new digital channels, technologies and growth opportunities to scale the brands.
• Manage and develop the eCommerce team and coordinate with Brand, Growth, Commercial and Supply Chain functions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years at Director level.
• Proven track record scaling consumer brands from ~£5 m to £25 m+ in revenue, especially in the US market.
• Strong commercial mindset with full P&L responsibility for DTC eCommerce.
• Experience leading international teams and working across multiple brands.
