Customer Success Executive

About the role

CyberOne is seeking a Customer Success Executive to act as the frontline of cyber defence for its clients. In this hybrid role you will ensure customers receive maximum value from managed security services, drive renewals and growth, and oversee service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own renewals, re‑contracting and solution evolution to minimise churn and maximise customer lifetime value.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts for renewals, expansions and opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with customers at all levels and lead structured service reviews.
• Manage delivery against SLAs, oversee order processing, fulfilment and handle escalations with root‑cause analysis.
• Produce regular service reports, identify process improvements and maintain the Monday.com system.

Required profile

• Excellent administration, organisation and time‑management skills.
• Strong analytical ability with a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
• High attention to detail and confident written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude comfortable working independently or in a team.
