Ecommerce Executive

About the role

The Ecommerce Executive will support the day‑to‑day operation and optimisation of our online store, ensuring a smooth customer journey and strong commercial performance. You will manage product catalogue uploads, maintain product data, and work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily website trading, including product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Upload and maintain product catalogues via CSV, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage on‑site product data – titles, descriptions, images, attributes.
• Conduct regular site checks and pre‑/post‑publish validation.
• Monitor performance using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics, tracking KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, AOV, CTR and engagement.
• Produce regular performance reports highlighting wins, issues and opportunities.
• Analyse customer behaviour with heatmaps, funnels and session recordings to identify friction points.
• Support A/B testing and implement onsite UX improvements.
• Assist with optimisation of third‑party ecommerce apps and integrations.

Required profile

• Collaborative, positive team player with a caring attitude.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar ecommerce role.
