Ecommerce Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day maintenance of the ecommerce website, ensuring product, pricing and content accuracy.
• Upload new products, create listings and maintain product information across the site.
• Organise and manage large volumes of product data, specifications, imagery and digital assets.
• Carry out product categorisation, merchandising and site optimisation to improve the customer journey.
• Perform regular website checks to identify and resolve content, pricing or product issues.
• Support seasonal product launches, promotions and website updates.
• Work with suppliers to obtain product information, imagery and specifications.
• Assist with SEO best practices when creating and updating product pages.
• Monitor website performance and produce reports using Google Analytics and other ecommerce tools.

Required profile

• Previous ecommerce experience within a retail or D2C environment.
• Comfortable managing large volumes of SKUs and product data.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms).
• Proficient in Excel for handling large datasets.
• Experience with Google Analytics for reporting.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for product pages.
