eDiscovery Product Owner – London/Sheffield (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of eDiscovery and information‑governance capabilities for our clients in London and Sheffield. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology and Architecture teams, you will shape product strategy, drive implementation and ensure adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the product roadmap for eDiscovery and information‑governance solutions.
• Gather, prioritise and translate business requirements into scalable technology designs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology and Architecture teams to meet regulatory and operational needs.
• Lead initiatives covering eDiscovery, legal hold, data retention, data deletion and compliance.
• Engage with third‑party vendors to influence their roadmaps and implement new functionality.
• Promote product adoption, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication of product strategy, delivery progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery, legal hold, data retention, data deletion and information‑governance.
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance and Technology teams in a regulated environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and requirements‑gathering abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and commercial awareness.
