Educational Psychologist – West London (Regional/Homebased)

About the role
We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in West London. The role offers a blend of clinical work and consultancy across schools, specialist settings and local authorities, with a strong emphasis on work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of children, young people and adults, covering cognitive, emotional and behavioural functioning.
- Provide consultation and advice to mainstream and SEN schools, supporting inclusive practice and individual learning plans.
- Deliver training workshops, seminars and tailored guidance for school staff and local authority personnel.
- Participate in Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and contribute to policy development with local authorities.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s psychology service to expand service provision and support research initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified Educational Psychologist, registration with the HCPC (or equivalent) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with educators, families and statutory bodies.
- Commitment to professional development and evidence‑based practice.

- Competitive salary £55,000‑£63,840 per annum (pro‑rated for part‑time).
