Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Building Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities management team in London. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing and operating building services systems while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on building services equipment.
• Test, fault‑find and repair systems such as boiler plant, ventilation, pumps and generators.
• Maintain switchgear, cabling, battery banks, lighting and small power installations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and document all work.
• Provide technical support to occupants and respond to service requests promptly.

Required profile

• City & Guilds Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Proven experience in maintenance, testing, fault‑finding and repair of building services equipment.
