Electrical Project Manager – High Voltage Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large‑scale, technically challenging high‑voltage projects such as wind and solar farms and substations. You will have full autonomy, manage complex deliveries and benefit from a generous bonus and progression scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal to completion.
• Ensure timelines, budgets and quality checks are met.
• Liaise with internal and external teams.
• Conduct occasional site visits and hands‑on engineering work on substations, cables and switchgear at 132kV and above.

Required profile

• Electrical project management background.
• Experience working at 132kV and above.
• Full UK driving licence and able to commute to Glasgow.

Required skills

• Project management of high‑voltage electrical installations.
• Knowledge of wind and solar farm, substation and BESS projects.
• Understanding of HV switchgear, cables and substations.
