About the role
We are seeking an experienced electrician to transition into a rewarding Electrical Trainer position. You will mentor a group of up to 18 apprentices as they work towards their T1, T2 and T3 qualifications, helping shape the next generation of electrical professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide coaching, guidance and practical training to apprentices.
- Deliver curriculum covering T1, T2 and T3 electrical qualifications.
- Assess progress and ensure apprentices meet competency standards.
- Maintain a safe learning environment in line with industry regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the electrical industry.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Valid Gold Card.
- Strong communication and patience when working with beginners.
