Employee Benefits Account Handler

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing employee benefits consultancy, is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Handler to deliver a professional, end‑to‑end service for a portfolio of SME and corporate clients. You will act as the main point of contact for group risk and healthcare schemes, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and service Group Private Medical, Group Risk and flexible benefit schemes.
• Manage day‑to‑day client enquiries and maintain strong relationships with SME and corporate accounts.
• Process enrolments, claims and policy changes in line with provider guidelines.
• Provide advice on scheme options and help clients optimise their benefits packages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and high service standards.

Required profile

• Experience in servicing or administering group risk or healthcare benefits.
• Proven ability to work with both SME and larger corporate clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.
