Enforcement Agent – Debt Recovery

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Enforcement Agent to join a leading debt recovery firm in London. You will work directly with customers to recover outstanding debts, set up payment arrangements and, where necessary, remove goods. The role offers a competitive base salary plus commission and flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Visit debtor addresses to assess and recover outstanding debts.
• Complete questionnaires on income and expenditures.
• Negotiate and set up payment plans or collect payments in full.
• Manage your own workload and schedule.
• Prepare and file required paperwork.
• Carry out removal of goods when required.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work flexible evening hours.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Base salary £26,000‑£28,441 plus commission/bonus (OTE up to £60,000).
