ERP Business Development Manager – NetSuite

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our NetSuite practice across the UK. Working remotely, you will identify, develop and close new ERP opportunities while building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business for NetSuite ERP solutions and related services.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, events and partner relationships.
• Engage senior decision‑makers such as Finance Directors, CFOs, CEOs and Operations leaders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with solution consultants, delivery teams and marketing colleagues.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM systems.
• Represent the business at industry events, webinars and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development or software sales track record.
• Experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS or cloud‑based business solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to influence senior decision‑makers and present complex solutions.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
