ERP Project Manager – French Speaker, SAP Required (Remote UK)

About the role

Rimini Street is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead the successful onboarding of its enterprise software clients. The role is fully remote within the United Kingdom and requires fluency in French and mandatory expertise in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed onboarding project plans for new clients.
• Define and coordinate roles and responsibilities between client and Rimini Street teams.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
• Lead executive and onsite meetings, providing regular status reports to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project data in Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, and other internal systems.
• Ensure all onboarding activities comply with ISO‑defined processes.
• Provide pre‑sales onboarding assistance to the sales organization.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with mandatory SAP experience.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with client executives and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and deliver on time.
• Experience working remotely and coordinating distributed teams.
