Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Residential Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Earlsfield, London. You will work within Connells Group, the UK’s leading property services business, delivering exceptional service to customers while driving sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Maximise appointment opportunities for the branch, including mortgage advisor interactions.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, ideally in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to generate new business and deliver outstanding customer care.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using the internet and email systems.
