About the role

Join one of the UK's largest and most modern NHS Trusts as an Estates Electrical Craftsperson at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. You will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous and safe operation of our critical healthcare infrastructure by providing high-quality electrical maintenance and repair services.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on the hospital's electrical installations and systems.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary Estates team to support various technical trades.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of the hospital's estate services.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults to minimize disruption to patient care.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in electrical repairs and maintenance within a professional setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a large, fast-paced technical team.
• Strong commitment to supporting other trades within the Estates department.
• Knowledge of decontamination procedures is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to maintaining high service standards.
