Executive Search Associate – Graduate Role

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Executive Search team in London, supporting the Go‑to‑Market practice that advises high‑growth tech startups in North America. You will work closely with senior principals and partners, gaining exposure to senior leaders and founders while learning the end‑to‑end search process.

Key responsibilities

• Map the GTM leadership market across high‑growth technology companies in North America.
• Identify, engage and build relationships with senior executives such as CROs, VPs of Sales and founders.
• Run search assignments from start to finish alongside principals, including research, outreach and candidate management.
• Develop deep expertise in GTM leadership specialisms.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree or higher.
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in scaling high‑growth companies.
• Comfortable communicating with senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑directed, persistent and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Advanced research and market‑mapping abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

What we offer

• Base salary of £30,000 with OTE up to £45,000.
• Fast‑track progression to Senior Associate with higher base and OTE based on performance.
