Experienced EICR Electrician – High‑Volume Contract

About the role

Join a high‑volume Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) programme delivering domestic testing across Manchester and Liverpool. You will focus exclusively on inspections, with no remedial work, allowing you to maximise earnings while managing your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out EICR inspections in occupied and void domestic properties.
• Perform testing, inspections and certification in line with BS7671.
• Identify, record and report defects and observations according to current regulations.
• Plan and manage your own workload across designated postcode areas.
• Provide a professional, customer‑focused service in residents' homes.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• AM2 qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2391/2394/2395) Inspection & Testing qualification.
• Proven experience conducting domestic EICRs.
• Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred).

Required skills

• Electrical Installation Condition Reporting.
• BS7671 compliance.
• Use of electrical testing equipment.
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
