About the role
We are partnering with a highly successful, award‑winning estate agency in Gloucester to add an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to their ambitious team. You will work with a steady flow of quality leads and pre‑qualified appointments, focusing on delivering exceptional mortgage and protection advice while building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships using a consistent flow of quality leads and pre‑qualified appointments.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent CF1 & CF6).
- Proven success as a Mortgage Advisor working with multiple lenders and a target‑focused mindset.
What we offer
- Base salary up to £35,000 per annum plus a car allowance of up to £3,600.
- Commission structure of up to 45% of banked income, offering OTE of £75,000 per year.
