Experienced Travel Sales Specialist - Cruise & Caribbean

About the role

Audley Travel is expanding its Cruise Sales Team and is looking for an Experienced Travel Sales Specialist with a passion for the Caribbean and cruise holidays. You will design bespoke travel experiences, guide clients from first contact through to repeat bookings, and help the company meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and sell personalised cruise holidays across the Caribbean region.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while building lasting client relationships.
• Manage extensive administrative tasks related to bookings and itineraries.
• Participate in training and familiarisation trips to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for travel and encouraging others to explore the world.
• Prior experience in cruise travel sales and customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail for administrative work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to educate clients about destinations and itineraries.
