About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS and KS1 Classroom Teacher to join our inclusive primary school from September 2026. The role involves delivering a rich and varied curriculum to young learners in a supportive Catholic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS and KS1 pupils.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Promote the Catholic ethos and uphold safeguarding policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and local partners to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
Required profile
- Committed to supporting each child’s learning and wellbeing.
- Creative, imaginative and able to inspire young learners.
- Team‑player with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about the school’s Catholic values.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
- Ability to design and deliver exciting, age‑appropriate learning activities.
- Effective classroom management techniques.
