Façade Cleaning Robot Operator

About the role

Towercraft UK Ltd is pioneering robotic solutions for high‑rise façade maintenance across the UK. As a Façade Cleaning Robot Operator you will control advanced cleaning robots on site, ensuring safe and efficient façade cleaning while adhering to strict health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Towercraft façade cleaning robot safely via remote interface and live‑camera system.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑operation inspections and complete daily reports and checklists.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical or electrical issues on‑site.
• Support routine maintenance, system calibration and ensure compliance with HSE and Working at Heights regulations.
• Collaborate with site teams and management to maximise operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical‑Electronics Engineering (proficiency in at least one essential).
• Familiarity with 480 V AC, 380 V AC, 220 V AC and 24 V DC systems and related measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform on‑site troubleshooting and basic technical interventions.
• Physically fit, team‑oriented and safety‑conscious.
• Possession of a Working at Heights Certificate (preferred) and a valid driving licence.
