Family Help Practitioner – Immediate Start in London

About the role

This full‑time, five‑day‑a‑week position is based in a North London office and is available for immediate start. The successful candidate will work within Children’s Services, supporting families and coordinating multi‑agency responses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct MASH enquiries in partnership with social workers and other professionals, ensuring timely and proportionate responses.
• Provide feedback to referrers and share information in line with GDPR and Working Together 2023 guidelines.
• Offer advice and guidance on services and resources available to children and families.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to management reporting.
• Liaise closely with internal and external partners to deliver a coordinated multi‑agency response.

Required profile

• Previous experience working within Children’s Services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with social workers, health professionals and other agencies.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and Working Together 2023 frameworks.
