Family Partner – High‑Value Private Family Law

About the role

Join a leading Tier 4 Legal 500 family team in the heart of London, working on high‑value private family matters for high‑net‑worth clients. You will lead complex divorce and financial remedy cases, providing strategic advice and protecting client wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex private family law matters, focusing on divorce and financial remedy.
• Advise high‑net‑worth clients on asset division, including business interests, trusts, pensions and cross‑border elements.
• Lead high‑value financial disputes and provide strategic guidance on relationship breakdowns.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers where appropriate.
• Collaborate with counsel on advocacy and complex litigation.
• Drive business development, networking and raise the team’s profile.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 8+ years post‑qualification experience in family law.
• Strong expertise in complex, high‑value financial remedy work.
• Experience handling high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proactive approach to business development and leadership.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
