About the role
Join the team at one of the UK’s biggest music events as a Litter Picker (Sweeper) for the Reading Festival. This short‑term position runs over the August bank holiday, offering a chance to earn extra cash while working outdoors in a vibrant festival atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Keep festival grounds clean and tidy by sweeping public and staff areas.
- Collect litter and dispose of it responsibly.
- Help maintain a safe environment for attendees and staff.
- Work as part of a friendly, supervised team.
Required profile
- Reliable and hardworking individual.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Driving licence desirable but not essential.
