Field Installation Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing company to find an experienced Field Installation Manager who will oversee kitchen installation projects across Scotland. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality installations on time, ensuring safety compliance and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage kitchen installations from handover through to completion.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the installation journey.
• Support and guide installers on‑site, ensuring quality, compliance and best‑practice standards.
• Recruit, onboard and develop installers, assessing their technical ability and workmanship.
• Plan, schedule and monitor installation activities to meet deadlines and performance targets.
• Conduct site audits to verify quality workmanship and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Resolve installation issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Carry out technical site visits for escalated cases and provide detailed findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in installation management, preferably within the kitchen sector.
• Strong understanding of installation, carpentry and construction practices.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through to completion.
• Experience assessing, selecting and managing installers.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to travel across Scotland.
