Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are recruiting a Project Manager for our Edinburgh office. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to strengthen our Project Management offering and take responsibility for core services on several interesting built‑environment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Management and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post‑handover.
• Preparation of project programmes and progress reports, presenting them at monthly client meetings.
• Running competitive tender processes and managing contractor queries.
• Assisting with the preparation of contract documents and administering building contracts.
• Managing multi‑disciplinary project teams and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive approach with a commitment to delivering customer service excellence and good commercial results.
• Contract administration experience and ability to identify business development opportunities.
• Well‑organised, diligent, assertive and commercially astute.
• Track record of working with teams, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
• Construction Project Management degree or similar qualification, with progress toward a chartered professional status.
