Field Sales Representative – Conservatories

About the role

Join Anglian Conservatories as a Field Sales Representative covering Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands. You will meet homeowners who have already requested a visit, allowing you to focus on presenting our British‑made conservatories, extensions and garden rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked, pre‑qualified appointments with homeowners.
• Listen to customer requirements and design a suitable conservatory or garden room from our product range.
• Present pricing on the spot and secure the sale.
• Prepare accurate orders for the surveyors and installation teams.
• Maintain a flexible diary that may include evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, construction or any customer‑facing role; high‑value or in‑home sales is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to turn a "no" into motivation.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Comfortable with a self‑employed, commission‑only remuneration model.
