Field Service Engineer – Pumps

About the role

Join a market‑leading company delivering planned and reactive pump maintenance, installations and servicing for the wastewater sector across Manchester and surrounding areas. This full‑time, field‑based position offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with the majority of work planned in advance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled (planned) maintenance on a variety of pump systems.
• Respond to reactive service calls to diagnose and repair pump failures.
• Install new pump equipment and booster sets as required.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure health, safety and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Background in electrical, pump or water systems maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working on pumps or similar equipment in a field environment.
• Willingness to travel across Manchester, Warrington, Bolton and nearby sites.
