Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the regional finance function, ensuring robust processes and timely, accurate financial outputs. You will act as a business partner, challenging and improving performance while supporting the Business Unit Finance Director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team, overseeing performance, training and succession planning.
• Manage the consolidated monthly close, ensuring clean sub‑ledger reconciliations and general ledger finalisation by WD3.
• Oversee payroll changes, sales invoicing, accounts payable and staff expense processes.
• Submit actuals and forecasts to Division and Group via OneStream by WD4, guaranteeing data accuracy across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly management reports with insightful commentary for the Business Unit.
• Deputise for the Finance Director at Business Unit Management Team meetings and other governance forums.
• Drive process improvements and embed a culture of control and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a finance team in a regional or business‑unit setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to review, challenge and influence financial performance.
• Process‑improvement mindset and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
