Finance Paralegal – Structured Finance (Hybrid)

About the role

This is an exciting hybrid position for a Finance Paralegal within a leading UK law firm. You will work directly with a Partner specialising in Structured Finance, gaining exposure to a wide range of high‑value finance transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on structured finance transactions such as asset‑backed securitisations, bond issuances and lending platform establishments.
• Draft and review legal documentation throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Conduct legal research and liaise with clients and other transaction parties.
• Provide support on complex deals, including real estate finance, social housing finance and regulatory capital matters.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with commercial awareness.
• Proactive, analytical and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
