Finance Solicitor (Surety) – 5+ PQE – London – £95k‑£140k

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Solicitor with a focus on surety work to join our market‑leading team in London. You will advise global insurers on complex domestic and international finance transactions, with a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, recourse arrangements, guarantees and on‑demand bond documentation.
• Prepare security documentation, intercreditor agreements and risk participation arrangements.
• Collaborate with restructuring and disputes teams to support client distress matters and claims under guarantees and bonds.
• Lead high‑value transactions and build long‑term relationships with insurance clients.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Strong background in banking, finance, project finance or surety work.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex transactions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and client service skills.

• LMA documentation.
