Financial Adviser – Client‑Focused, Hybrid Role

About the role

We are partnering with a respected financial planning firm to hire a client‑focused Financial Adviser. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely while serving an established client bank.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent advice on pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax and retirement planning.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
• Create tailored financial plans and present recommendations.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjust plans as client circumstances change.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to ensure compliant, efficient advice delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory and market developments.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) – essential.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing financial advice role.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and holistic planning.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity and compliance awareness.
• Chartered status or progress towards it is desirable but not mandatory.
