About the role

Join an award‑winning independent wealth management firm near Colchester, delivering high‑quality, independent financial advice to a diverse client base. You will be supported by a dedicated paraplanning and administration team, allowing you to focus on personalised client solutions and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored, independent financial advice aligned with each client’s goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term trusted relationships with existing and new clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio, leveraging an existing client bank and new business leads.
• Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market, product and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Client‑focused, ethical and proactive approach.
• Ambitious with a genuine desire to develop professionally.
• Open to candidates at any stage – newly qualified, experienced or Chartered.
