Financial Adviser / Wealth Manager – Hybrid – Up to £130k + Bonus + Equity

About the role

We are partnering with an independent, manager‑owned boutique wealth management firm in the City of London to hire an experienced Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager. The role is permanent and hybrid, offering two days a week in a modern office and the support of a full‑service infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and families on investments, pensions, tax and estate planning.
• Manage client portfolios ranging from £500k to £10m+ in assets under management.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with in‑house paraplanners, investment analysts and compliance professionals.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial plan updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager serving high‑net‑worth clients.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow AUM.
• Client‑first, consultative approach with no hard‑sell culture.
• Strong understanding of complex financial products and regulatory requirements.

What we offer

• Base salary up to £130,000 (DOE).
