Financial Advisor – Remote/Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a client‑focused Financial Advisor to join The Openwork Partnership on a self‑employed basis. You will deliver holistic financial planning advice, helping clients achieve long‑term goals while building trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice based on each client’s needs, objectives and circumstances.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and develop suitable recommendations.
• Advise on investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and related areas.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and grow your own portfolio.
• Develop referral partnerships and professional introducer relationships.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and business‑development activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver excellent outcomes.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Client‑centric approach with a passion for positive outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow an advisory business.
• Self‑motivated, professional and driven to succeed.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and compliance requirements.
