Financial Advisor – Self‑Employed, Remote/Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking motivated Financial Advisors to join The Openwork Partnership on a self‑employed basis. The role offers flexible remote or hybrid working, full administrative and compliance support, and the opportunity to build and scale your own advisory business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored, holistic financial planning advice to clients across investments, pensions, protection and retirement.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and develop suitable recommendations.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and grow a personal client portfolio.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and partnership development.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Client‑centric mindset with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and compliance.
