Financial Controller

About the role

We are a well‑established production company in central London seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team. This newly created position will lead the finance & accounting function and support the wider business with strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial and management reports.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Lead FP&A activities and oversee tax computation.
• Coordinate the annual audit and ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Provide financial advice to key stakeholders and the group.
• Report directly to the CFO and manage a team of three finance professionals.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working within a holding‑company environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
