Financial Mis‑Selling Solicitor – Hybrid, £50‑65k

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Financial Mis‑Selling Solicitor to join our newly opened office in central Manchester. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to handle complex financial product disputes from inception to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of financial mis‑selling claims, including PCP, investment, pension transfer, PPI and omnibus claims.
• Advise clients on FCA‑regulated financial disputes and draft legal documents such as Letters of Claim, Particulars of Claim and Witness Statements.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, financial institutions, experts and counsel throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct legal research on financial services law, FCA regulations and relevant case law.
• Negotiate settlements, attend court hearings, mediations and alternative dispute resolution sessions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience in litigation, financial services disputes or consumer claims (training‑contract experience acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and financial mis‑selling principles.
• Excellent caseload management, organisational and client‑care abilities.

Required skills

• Proclaim case‑management system.
