Financial Planning Administrator – Bristol (Hybrid) – Up to £40,000

About the role

Join a respected wealth‑management firm in Bristol as a Financial Planning Administrator. Working side‑by‑side with an experienced Financial Planner, you will ensure the client journey runs smoothly from the first enquiry through to implementation and ongoing service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support throughout the financial planning process, from initial contact to case completion.
• Manage the adviser’s diary, schedule client meetings and prepare meeting packs.
• Process new business, submit and track Letters of Authority, and liaise with clients, providers and third parties.
• Prepare application paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update the firm’s CRM and workflow systems, monitor pipelines and keep advisers and clients informed of progress.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a financial planning or wealth‑management environment.
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments and broader financial‑planning products.
• Understanding of the end‑to‑end advice process and experience managing new business.
• Excellent organisational ability, attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and workflow management tools.
