About the role

Join a well‑established financial planning firm near Birmingham City Centre as a Financial Planning Administrator. You will work within a collaborative team, providing technical support to Financial Planners and contributing to high‑quality client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce suitability reports and conduct research for client portfolios.
• Create and draft reports supporting senior internal team members.
• Assist advisers and clients throughout every stage of the financial planning process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review client information and prepare cash‑flow models, illustrations, and planning documents.
• Contribute to process and system improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Paraplanner or IFA role.
• Financial Planning Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
