Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

DF Capital is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support regulatory reporting, capital management and stress testing functions. The role works closely with senior finance leaders and offers the chance to develop expertise in UK banking regulations and reporting frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate external regulatory reporting submissions and internal management information, including LCR, PRA110, FINREP, CoREP, Bank of England statistical reporting and ALCo reporting.
• Review and challenge data inputs and outputs, performing detailed quality checks and validation to ensure consistency with internal standards and external requirements.
• Develop and maintain interpretation guidance, standard operating procedures and working files to strengthen the control environment.
• Support key regulatory projects and change initiatives, such as the transition to the SDDT capital regime and implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the review and implementation of new products, including repo‑related reporting.

Required profile

• Interest in developing knowledge of regulatory reporting (PRA, BOE, FCA) and capital management stress testing.
• Ambitious individual eager to gain broad experience in a specialised area of financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks: PRA, BOE, FCA.
• Familiarity with reporting standards: LCR, PRA110, FINREP, CoREP, ALCo.
• Experience in data validation and quality assurance for financial reports.
