Fine Dining Waiter – Luxury Train Service

About the role

This position offers the chance to work onboard a luxury train, delivering high‑end food and beverage service to discerning passengers. You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring a memorable dining experience throughout the journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant cars and related areas for smooth operation.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handling guest requests and special dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and the overall upkeep of the assigned carriage.
• Stay informed about onboard menus, boutique items, and service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury food and beverage service or fine‑dining environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality standards.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract until 4 December, starting ASAP.
• Salary of £2,850 per month (approximately £34,200 per year).
• On‑board accommodation in a shared twin cabin, meals provided, and overtime paid at 1.5× rate.
• Typical work pattern: 3 nights away, 3 nights at home, 40‑hour weeks.
